Design Goal
Located in Southern
California - Katella Manor, an assisted living facility, was
overdue for a complete remodel! Harsh fluorescent hallway
lighting, old and dramatically outdated furniture and flooring
needed replacing. The entire residential facility needed
revitalization! |

Design
Outcome The
lobby and seating areas were opened up, creating a sense of
space. Mosaic tile inlay was used in the lobby with coordinating
field and wall tile. Furniture, fabrics, custom lighting and
carpeting selections all reflect this Southern California
environment. The new Country Kitchen was designed with the
resident in mind, who can help themselves to snacks and ice
cream treats whenever they like. The dining room features new
lighting, carpeting and furnishings that coordinate with the
other public spaces in the building. |
